Our work is based on interdependent principles that foster young people’s agency and leadership, build connections, and make space for learning and sustainable growth. Putting these values into action is crucial for driving lasting systemic change.

How we work

We fund and co-create projects that spark lasting positive change for young people and their communities

We focus on three interconnected themes to holistically support young people towards their future. These are skills development, entrepreneurship, and social and economic inclusion.

We focus our activities on eight countries to create meaningful impact

We respond to local needs as well as cross-cutting opportunities and challenges in Egypt, Germany, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine, Switzerland, and Tunisia.

Where we work

Skills development

To help young people develop future-oriented competencies like digital literacy, critical thinking, and creativity alongside vocational training to navigate a changing world.

Entrepreneurship

To expand opportunities for young people to start and engage in entrepreneurial endeavours, especially those addressing social, environmental or cultural challenges.

Social and economic inclusion

To ensure all young people, especially those facing exclusion and marginalisation, overcome barriers and have equitable opportunities to thrive.

20 years Drosos Foundation: a celebration with heart and purpose

On 23 October 2025, Drosos Foundation invited partners, peers and friends for an evening of exchange, connection and inspiration. Under the theme of "Re-imagining futures", over 120 guests immersed themselves in stories of hope, courage, creativity and possibility at Landesmuseum Zurich.
