20 years ago, we began our journey as a foundation, with a very small team based in Zurich. We launched our first projects – promoting early reading skills and education for prisoners. Over time, we have partnered with countless changemakers, working hard to turn challenges into opportunities. As we celebrate our evolution and two decades of collective impact, we’re embracing the future with a sharpened strategic direction and a refreshed brand identity.
We stay true to our overarching mission of supporting young people to realise their potential. At the same time, the renewed strategy comes with a sharpened thematic focus and a more systemic way of working. Our approach, rooted in co-creation, close engagement with the communities we serve, and strategic partnerships, has proven to be a cornerstone of impactful and sustainable change. We remain committed to these principles, while strengthening our efforts to foster connections, learning and exchange. We are further developing our existing focus on young people’s participation, agency and leadership towards a more systemic and impactful approach and practice.
To better reflect the organisation we are today and to support our renewed purpose, we are refreshing our brand identity. The new branding will be rolled out in phases throughout the year, including a new website towards the end of the year.
