The partner is setting up a regional start-up initiative and expanding its start-up lab in the heart of the city. It supports young start-up entrepreneurs in developing and implementing their ideas for running their own business. Events and workshops on the topic of entrepreneurship stir up the potential of young start-up business men and women, and extend the start-up networks of the initiatives.
The start-up initiative also incorporates the «Campus Entrepreneurs» education programme into its standard offer. This ensures the students receive practical training and are encouraged in their core competencies as self-employed entrepreneurs. They also get to find out more about the start-up lab and the people who help run it, which inspires and motivates them.
The regional start-up culture is reinforced through the activities of this start-up initiative, creating a new, community-based approach.
