Following the «Youth Empowerment through Live Action Role Playing» pilot project, which supported the institutional development of the organization and turning it from a voluntary led body to a sound institution with governing rules, regulations and manuals; the LARP Factory comes to support Bait Byout in mapping out a new vision and strategy that would allow it to be of service; address the needs of its constituencies and thrive for many years to come.
The LARP FACTORY aspires that youth are active citizens living and working in a safe and loving space that celebrates expression and stimulates creative imagination. This is achieved through the creation of 130 LARP designers, writers and facilitators who shall become active social members empowered to address community problems.
