MA3ANE (Together)

This pilot project aims to assist young men and women from vulnerable backgrounds in Aouama Charkia, a working-class district in Tangier, to integrate into the workforce and establish their professional careers. The project intends to accomplish this by providing professional development opportunities and helping them find formal employment in companies – outside the informal sector. Additionally, the project aims to promote decent working conditions ensuring the dignity and respect of workers. This initiative is aimed at supporting individuals to access decent work opportunities and collaborating with companies to improve working conditions in the region.
