The Leaving Care coordination platform ensures the efficient cooperation of all the project partners in the initiative «Brückensteine Careleaver Deutschland» and enables the project network to achieve the desired impact across projects. It coordinates all public relations work for the network with the aim of generating social change beyond the individual projects and providing new ideas for solving the complex challenges faced by care leavers. The coordination platform offers other investors in social causes a funding structure through which they can invest in the field of leaving care.
