“VIP – Verse and Intégration Professionnelle”

“VIP” supports young adults between the ages of 18-25 without an apprenticeship as they prepare for the requirements of vocational training and the challenges of the labour market. In a “resource centre” –a recycling workshop with a sales premises – the young adults try out a variety of real-world processes that span the entire product life cycle, from reclamation to reprocessing, all the way to the sale and logistics of second hand goods. Alongside, they are provided with social-educational assistance and work on a personal employment project, all of which is aimed as closing their gaps in schooling. In this workplace-oriented environment and with the individual support programme, the young adults acquire the skills that are needed for a successful start in vocational training.
