Traits d’Unions

Within the framework of the international cultural biennial “Manifesta”, the project aims to strengthen the skills of young cultural practitioners by creating an environment for learning, exchange and transmission. This will take the form of a collaborative platform in which they can work together to elaborate new models and techniques for sharing knowledge in the fields of art, education and social engagement. New tools and components for reaching out and improving vulnerable audiences’ engagement with arts- and cultural education projects will also be developed. These new tools for cultural mediation will be diffused through a publication in three languages (Arabic, French and English) and will be based on concrete case studies. At the same time, the project will provide valuable assistance to young emerging artists from Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia by giving them the chance to network, presenting their work and facilitating their participation in a major international cultural event.
