Ressourc’In

Ressourc’In is a social enterprise that offers employment opportunities for 80 young people who have dropped out of school with no qualifications and socially disadvantaged women. The aim is to promote their reintegration into the labour market. The company creates jobs by improving local waste management, waste processing in particular, and thanks to its awareness raising efforts also makes a contribution towards revitalising neglected neighbourhoods.
Household and office waste such as plastic, paper, tins, organic materials is collected, upcycled and sold. The company produces recycled paper as well as a variety of furniture and accessories. Materials which cannot be processed are sold to professional recycling companies. The profit generated is reinvested in the social enterprise in order to create additional jobs for disadvantaged people.
