Identity and the City – young people develop life skills

Four young artists develop further their artistic identity as storytellers and theatre directors, in collaboration with the partner organisation. Working together with 30 young people in small groups, they will produce theatre performances and storytelling evenings for the general public in outlying urban districts and, thus, present new perspectives and ideas.
The young people taking part in the project deal with their social, cultural and personal identity by writing and telling their stories as well as by acting. The interaction with art enables them to gain a different perspective and to see their culture and the urban environment in a new light.
