The objective of this project is to improve the employability of young people within the green technology industry. 105 environmental entrepreneurs from across the country build on their skills in an incubation programme: “Apprendre à entreprendre Green” (How to go green). The course provides young people with technical and financial assistance for an average of one year for the incubation stage and three months for the growth period. Midelt, located between the Middle and High Atlas Mountains, is a remote province far from major cities and with very few job opportunities for young people trained in the region. 400 young people from the region will benefit from this project. Their employability will be improved through several initiatives that will have an impact both on them (i.e. training, coaching and support) and the people involved in protecting the ecosystem as potential employers.
