The phase after training and qualification is all the more important if the transition to working life or the launch of a small business is to be a sustained success. This is known as the professionalisation or ‘jump-off’ phase.
As a start-up centre for small businesses made up of disadvantaged women from all over the world, CRESCENDA is a pioneer. In addition to a course in how to found a business, the association offers training modules for work integration in the areas of gastronomy, care and the domestic economy. In the “Fit 4 More” project, existing formats are expanded to include accompanying and support offers for the professionalisation and jump-off phase. This safeguards the sustainability of integration measures, namely the founding of a small business or an enduring transition to working life.
“Fit 4 More” thus strives to become an integrated offer that accompanies the beneficiaries on a needs basis, which is geared to their potential, has a lasting impact, and which can be expanded into a scalable overall offer.
