The aim of this project is to promote the socio-economic development of young men and women in Ifrane Province by providing them with support in setting up and running their own micro business.
The programme has sufficient capacity for 120 entrepreneurs; they will originate from all over Ifrane Province and be given the opportunity to gain specialist knowledge (legal procedures for starting a business, local and national economic environment, how to draw up a business plan, etc.) as well as develop their own personal skills (coaching and entrepreneurial mentoring, essential life skills, increased confidence, an open approach and mindset). This incubation programme will guide and support them both in terms of expertise and funding.
The companies set up by the participants will also benefit from further support in the form of managerial training, access to a network of mentors and the assistance of various public and private investment and support funds.
