480 underprivileged young people are being supported in finding their way into working life through a system of vocational guidance and occupational integration (COIP). This approach allows for better vocational guidance and personalised support to facilitate the effective workforce integration of underprivileged young people by strengthening their employability and/or their entrepreneurial skills.
