The project aims to increase youth employment in the creative sector through a cultural incubation programme. It is developing the skills of 100 young cultural entrepreneurs in Tunisia through a 12-month incubation programme that focuses on developing cultural organisations/startups that carry out and foster projects with high social impact. Ten existing cultural associations will also be supported in their professionalisation to enable them to become permanent fixtures in the cultural landscape. And finally, 500 young people from disadvantaged neighbourhoods will receive guidance in finding employment in the creative industries sector. They will gain access to the INCO Academy platform, which provides skills training in professions of the future (mainly digital) that are connected to culture.
