Creating employment opportunities for young people with disabilities

This project focuses on giving people with disabilities, especially young women, access to better vocational training conditions and to decent work opportunities in three governorates. A guidance and coordination system has been set up between local employers to identify and guide young persons with disabilities towards vocational training and work opportunities that match both their capacities and the needs of the labour market. As such, 500 young people are followed closely throughout their training programme and job search, or in their efforts to become self-employed.
