Cariboo

Cariboo is an innovative peer-to-peer app that was developed as part of a pilot project to support care leavers in their transition from youth care to independence. The application is being continuously developed and enhanced with effective functions in order to become an important digital interface for careleavers and professionals in the field of youth welfare. Through the use of Cariboo, careleavers can securely and free of charge access a variety of resources and tools to navigate the complex challenges of the Leaving Care process. Cariboo thus offers an uncomplicated and digital service enabling careleavers to find solutions to a variety of problems, either independently or in a group.
