Call for proposal for labour market integration

Drosos Foundation is inviting social enterprises involved in labour market integration in the German-speaking region of Switzerland to develop innovative proposals designed to further improve their services.
Currently, the companies are financed to a large extent through social security contributions for the integration of their customers into the labour market and through the sale of goods and services. Given these tight constraints, companies are experiencing an innovation bottleneck: they lack spaces for initiating new developments outside their normal business activities. As part of this call for proposals, the participating enterprises have to develop their project ideas into concrete business plans. The project partner is lending support for the process on the basis of its previous research into social enterprises in Switzerland and is individually assisting the participating companies as they develop their business plans.
Once the tendering process has been concluded, Drosos Foundation will support the implementation of one or more of the resulting projects.
