Bildungskompass

Land.Leben.Kunst.Werk e.V. has been gathering experience in the world of employment-related projects for 15 years. Within the framework of the Bildungskompass project, it works together with young people, schools and vocational training establishments to help students to transition successfully from school to work. This time, the project provides support for young people from a vocational school for trade and manufacturing in Raghun.
These schools specialise in providing students in the 8th and 9th grades with the opportunity to gain practical experience in the world of work. During this time, the association also assists the students to grow their skills and become more confident through a range of artistic and outdoor educational activities. Activities such as team building and positive self-discovery allow young people to take control of their lives with a greater degree of self-determination and economic success.
The project will examine the collaboration between Land.Leben.Kunst.Werk e.V., schools and vocational training establishments, and the findings will be used to provide improved assistance for young people in rural areas who face particular challenges.
