AmpliFire is the follow-up project to Groove Room (1.1.20 -31.12.22) in which the NGO Hit Producer – mobiles Tonstudio successfully tested and implemented the mobile music production formats Groove Room, Groove Hit, and Home Studio Orbit with over 200 young people. The formats are characterized by their low-threshold, participatory, empowering and process-oriented approach. Hit Producer addresses adolescents and young people between the ages of 12 and 25 who grow up in less privileged situations (e.g. coming from families with a poor socio-economic background or from families with a migration background, foster homes).
AmpliFire will strengthen the creative, digital, and Future Skills of around 1’300 participants by advancing the successfully developed and tested formats. In addition, a new mobile music production studio “AmpliFire” is created, which is developed and implemented in cooperation with six organizations from the field of work integration. It will have a secondary focus on skills development that are relevant for the world of work, such as communication, problem-solving, and organisational competences.
