Amal Job Incubator

This project focuses on the vocational integration of 100 vulnerable young women without qualifications into the catering sector. The women are aged between 18 and 35 years old and live in Marrakech. The Amal Women’s Training Centre and Moroccan Restaurant offers apprenticeships in catering, baking and pastry-making, as well as cooking classes. This project promotes economic growth and is carried out in a way that is both innovative (interactive web platform for placing and receiving orders) and ecological (healthy and organic products, balanced diet, recycling of waste, environmentally friendly packaging). The revenue generated will enable the centre to operate profitably from the third year onwards.
